At Mindful Essentials, we are dedicated to providing you with the best shopping experience. Our shipping policy outlines how and when we ship your orders, ensuring that you receive your personal care products in a timely and efficient manner.

Order Processing

  • Order Confirmation: Upon placing an order, you will receive an email confirmation.
  • Processing Time: Orders are processed within 1-2 business days (Monday-Friday). Orders placed on weekends or holidays will be processed on the next business day.
  • Order Fulfillment: Once processed, your order will be fulfilled and dispatched. You will receive a notification with tracking information when your order has shipped.

Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates

We offer the following shipping options:

  • USPS Ground Advantage*: 2-5 business days (Prices shown at checkout)
  • Free economy shipping over $125: No code needed. Automatically applied at checkout.

*The checkout estimates the delivery date. However, USPS Ground Advantage claims delivery within 2-5 business days.

Shipping to the United States Only

  • Availability: We currently ship within the United States. We do not offer international shipping at this time.

Tracking Your Order

  • Tracking Information: Once your order has shipped, you will receive an email with tracking details.
  • Monitoring: You can track the progress of your shipment through the carrier's website using the tracking number provided.

Shipping Delays

  • Natural Disasters & Inclement Weather: Shipping delays may occur due to unforeseen circumstances such as natural disasters or severe weather conditions. We will notify you of any significant delays.
  • Carrier Delays: Occasionally, carriers may experience delays. While we strive to ensure timely delivery, some factors are beyond our control.

Address Changes & Cancellations

  • Address Changes: If you need to change your shipping address, please email us at mindfulessentials24@gmail.com immediately. Address changes can only be made before the order is shipped.
  • Order Cancellations: Orders can be cancelled within 1 hour of placement. After this period, we cannot guarantee cancellation as the order may have already been processed. Please email us at mindfulessentials24@gmail.com to cancel your order.

Missing or Damaged Items

  • Missing Items: If your order arrives incomplete, please contact our customer service within 7 days of delivery.
  • Damaged Items: Mindful Essentials is not liable for any products damaged, stolen, or lost during shipping. If you received your order damaged, please file a claim with the shipment carrier. Save all packaging materials and damaged goods before filing a claim
